Keyboard Shortcuts

Wayfront offers keyboard shortcuts for common actions like navigating and assigning orders or tickets, messaging, and status changes. These shortcuts work in the admin panel.

  • j — previous order or ticket

  • k — next order or ticket

  • u — back to orders or tickets list

  • f — open search

Orders and tickets

  • r — reply to client

  • n — send a team message

  • a — open the assign menu

  • s — open the status menu, then press a number key (1-9) to select a status

  • t — add a tag

  • d — delete ticket (when the actions menu is open)

Other shortcuts

  • Cmd+K / Ctrl+K — open Wayfront AI

  • Cmd+S / Ctrl+S — save changes (template editor)
