π³ More Stripe Payment Methods
Your clients can now pay with 30+ non-reusable payment methods through Stripe. This includes Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, Klarna, Affirm, Cash App Pay, and many more.
Which methods show up on your order form depends on the currency, order amount, and what youβve enabled in your Stripe dashboard. So a β¬219 order in EUR might show Card, Bancontact, and EPS, while a $500 order in USD shows Card and Cash App Pay.
To enable more payment methods, go to your Stripe Payment methods settings and turn on the ones you want. They'll automatically appear on your order forms when the conditions match.

You can now pull, edit, and push templates directly from your local machine. Install via npm or run with npx, connect your workspace in seconds, and get all 180+ templates synced to a local folder.
From there, you can pull and push templates. Edit them locally in any code editor, version control with git, push when ready. Changes go live immediately.

π Form Folders
You can now organize your forms into folders. Create nested folder structures to keep onboarding forms, intake forms, and anything else separated however makes sense for your workflow.
Go to Forms, click Actions β Add folder, give it a name, and drag your forms in. Then select one or more forms using the checkboxes, choose Move to folder from the bulk actions dropdown, and hit Apply.

π 6 New Languages
Your client portal can now speak your clientsβ language. We've added support for German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese, so you donβt have to add translations manually.
Switch between them under Settings β Language. Each language is fully translated across the client portal UI, so your international clients get a native experience out of the box.

π Client Activities
You can now add timestamped activities to any client profile. Open a client in the CRM, click the new Activities tab, and start logging notes. Each activity shows who posted it and when.
This is perfect for keeping track of different kinds of updates without constantly editing the main client note at the top of the profile.

You can now tag invoices to keep track of what belongs to what. Useful if youβre white labeling for different clients or just want better organization.
Open any invoice, go to Actions β Tag invoice, enter a name, and click Add. The tag will show up next to the payment status. Back in the invoice overview, you can filter by tag to quickly find what youβre looking for.

You can now control access to individual settings areas. So if you're working with a contractor for tracking or customizations, you can give them access to templates or emails without also having to give access to integrations.

cmd+k (ctrl+k) will open the agent with context about your current url.
Here's how you can use it:
- Navigate to an order or ticket and get a summary of the conversation, customer sentiment, ideas for a response etc.
- Navigate to a template file and learn about the available variables <- people ask about this ALL the time.
- Get a summary of form fields and rules to better understand what's happening <- yes, we deal with some crazy forms lol
- Look up one time or recurring services and summarize the service configuration (it's sort of like search but smarter).
- Ask the AI agent for workspace setup recommendations and best practices <- even if you're fully set up there might be some things missing.
- Finally, if the AI does a bad job (and it will every now and then) you can ask it to escalate to support.

π© New Form Flow
The two main forms for collecting client information in Wayfront are Onboarding Forms and Intake Forms.
Onboarding Forms let you collect general info about the client account. While Intake Forms will have project specific questions.
And if the client added an add-on service to their project they'd have 3 different forms to fill and the steps weren't super clear.
Now we've made it so clients can easily see all the required forms, and also update their onboarding info if anything's changed.

β° Improved ACH Payments
When a customer pays via ACH they want to get started right away instead of waiting for the payment to clear. We've removed the delay now, and you can see in order details if the invoice has been paid fully.

Youβre now able to upload files directly to the client profile. This is perfect if you need to share something but donβt want to upload it in an order.
To share files, open the client profile and choose Actions β Share file, or go to the Files tab of the client profile, and use the File button.
