SPP is now Wayfront

After more than a decade as Service Provider Pro, we’re changing the name.

Hey friend 👋

Chris here, the founder of SPP (now Wayfront).

It may look like we’ve sold out, gotten a fancy new brand and are about to change stuff up for no reason. Not on my watch.

SPP was the first platform of its kind. And for the last decade the vision hasn’t changed.

What made us pull the trigger

We've been sponsoring events all over the world and I got to sit down with agency owners who’ve been using our software for years.

And you know what kept coming up? “I love your platform but I can never remember what it’s called.” That's bad.

Or, having to spell out “SPP dot CO” three times in a loud room. Dreadful.

Those conversations made it clear: the name had to go.

Why Wayfront

Wayfront represents the path forward for agencies. It’s about finding your way through running this new breed of ultra scalable agencies, and staying at the frontier of the industry.

What this means for you

Same product. We're shipping updates every month just like before. With a dash of AI.

Same pricing. People are often surprised how affordable the platform is when they find out everything it does. No plans on changing that.

Same workspaces. You've got a [username].spp.co workspace and that isn't changing. But I do recommend linking up your own domain like clients.youragency.com. It's completely free so no reason not to do it.

The SPP legacy

The name is changing but our commitment to helping productized agencies hasn’t. We’ll continue to be relentlessly focused on making your operations smoother.

Thanks for your support 🙏

Frequently asked questions

Is Wayfront the same as Service Provider Pro or SPP.co?

Yes. Wayfront is the new name for Service Provider Pro, also known as SPP or SPP.co. It is the same company, team, product, and customer platform.

Why did Service Provider Pro become Wayfront?

The product had outgrown a long name that was hard to remember, say, and spell. Wayfront gives the platform a clearer name while keeping the same focus on helping productized agencies run their operations.

When was Service Provider Pro founded?

Chris Willow started Service Provider Pro in 2014 as an internal tool for his own agency. It grew into the platform now called Wayfront.

Did the company or ownership change?

No. The company remains independent and is still led by founder Chris Willow and the same team.

Did the product or pricing change?

No. The rebrand changed the name and visual identity. The product, pricing, integrations, and ongoing development continue as before.

Do existing SPP accounts and workspaces still work?

Yes. Existing accounts, data, integrations, and [username].spp.co workspaces continue to work. Customers can also connect a custom domain at no extra cost.

What happened to SPP.co?

SPP.co now points visitors to Wayfront. Existing customer workspace addresses on the spp.co domain continue to work.
