Wayfront’s built-in MCP server plugs straight into ChatGPT’s Connectors, so ChatGPT can read your workspace data in real time. Ask questions like "Which orders are overdue?" or "Summarise this ticket thread" and ChatGPT answers using live data from your portal. Authentication uses OAuth 2.1 (no API keys), and respects the same staff permissions you’ve already set up. The same connection works across ChatGPT’s Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers, and via the OpenAI Responses API if you’re building your own agents.
