Wayfront ships with a built-in MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or any MCP-compatible client to your workspace in two clicks. Once connected, Claude can read your live orders, invoices, tickets, clients, and form submissions, answer questions about them, and help you draft replies. Authentication uses OAuth 2.1, so there are no API keys to manage, and every request runs against the same role-based permissions you already use for staff. Read-only by default, with explicit opt-in for actions like posting ticket messages.
