Utilization Rate
Utilization rate is a metric that shows how much of a team member’s available working time is spent on billable client work compared to non-billable tasks. It helps agencies understand productivity and resource allocation.
Determine the maximum number of clients you can effectively serve with your current team and resources.
Example
If a project manager works 40 hours in a week and spends 30 hours on client projects, their utilization rate would be 75 percent.
